Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy

The C-K Community Health Centre presents “The Mindful Way”, profoundly liberating exploration of mind and body through the cultivation of mindfulness. This free 10-week program runs Thursdays beginning May 21st from 1:30-3:30 will assist with living with awareness, conscious choice, shifting attention, mind/body connection and more.
