Millennials are saying that Secret Santa…where you buy a gift for work and then at your Christmas party…do the exchange…HAS TO GO!! STOP IT NOW!! Why? They say that the immense pressure of the gift is causing them anxiety! They feel judged by the gift…how much it may be worth…or not worth…they might have to dip into their savings or into their over draft to buy something and they are STRESSED OUT by this. They want Secret Santa gone!!
