Here is MY story…
I was unaware that I was involved in one. I hurt my leg skiing and was in a cast from my knee down…on crutches…and after a party with friends we went to a late night spot and ordered some food up. I did not notice that my friends were leaving the table…and not coming back. One by one…just fading out…till I was the only one at the table wondering where my friends were. The waiter came and said my friends had left and before I did as well…I should pay up! So…I did…crutched my way out to the parking lot to see my friends in the running car saying…Hurry UP!!! They paid me back for the tab…and they were barred from that late night joint (small town living…everybody knows everybody…) for life!
